It's POISON IVY, and It's made me miserable for two weeks now. Note to self: Next time DH asks me to help him do yardwork, remind him of the horrible person you've been the last two weeks and he'll let you out of it asap. Never had it before this and hope to never have it again * UGH!

I had it back in the fall. I got it from weeding my elderly next door neighbor's flower beds. Guess I won't do that again! I was absolutely and utterly miserable for over a month. Took two rounds of steroid shots to get rid of it.

GROSS. THAT'S AWFUL.
Poor friend! I know it can be terribly hard to deal with ... there is a new product at the drug store you can squirt on it & it truly stops the itching.
Our Joshua gets it terribly, also. For all the allergies I have, I can pull it up by the handfuls & not a single problem ...

times. I can still remember the
itch and misery of it all! Alls
I can say is Calamin Lotion-that
is what they made me use back in the 60's.

I was doing my mom's flower beds on Sunday and she pointed some out to me. I went in and washed up with lots of soap and water. Knock-wood, so far so good!
